FCCC Women’s Business Council is offering a series of 4 programs focused on the development of next generation women leaders in your companies. While there are many training programs available today, this program is uniquely focused on giving young leaders exposure to seasoned executives who will share with them the “unwritten rules” of getting ahead and moving up the corporate ladder. From a focus group held in March, the Power of Leadership committee has reviewed the young women leader’s feedback and has created programs that address Executive Presence, Executive Networking, Effective Communications and Leadership. Our inaugural event is on Wednesday, June 4th from 8:00 am to 10:30 am, and will feature Janet Barnard, Cox Communications, along with a hands on workshop created by Cathy Lange, BusinessWorks, on Executive Presence—Small things that make a Huge Difference!
