Every organization today is looking to build great leaders who can build great teams. The Fairfax County Chamber of Commerce’s Women’s Business Council is offering a powerful, high impact leadership development program under the tutelage of George Mason University’s men’s basketball coach Jim Larrinaga, his staff and players. Starting in the locker room participants will experience first hand what it takes to pull a winning team together, learning from the lessons of the GMU basketball team’s ascension to the Final Four. Everyone will get out on the court to participate in small group drills, team member support sessions and in competitive exercises that reflect real world experiences. In partnership with the GMU business school, this program wraps up with a reception, dinner, and discussion around applying the learning’s from the day’s program.
Registration is limited to the first 50 participants.
