Set for Monday, May 5th, the Volkswagen Group of America Valor Golf Classic is Northern Virginia's finest business invitational golf tournament, featuring exciting contests, valuable prizes and competitive play at the prestigious Westwood Country Club Fairfax, one of the mid-Atlantic's top courses.  The club is situated on 157 acres and offers all that a business person, or professional, could desire.  A beautiful, gently rolling 6,734 yard course with driving range and large practice putting and chipping greens offers players the best facilities in the region.

The 2008 Classic will also continue a tournament tradition – honoring the Chamber’s immediate past Chairman.  We are pleased that Gary Nacamoto has graciously accepted the invitation to become the Honorary Chairman of the Valor Classic.  This is a wonderful opportunity for each of us to honor his hard work and dedication as Chairman by giving back to the Valor Foundation.

Proceeds from the tournament will support the Valor Scholarship Fund, which exists solely to provide education grants to the children of Fairfax County’s Medal of Valor honorees from the Police, Sheriff and Fire & Rescue departments.
